About the Main Farmhouse Gite
Situated at the edge of the pretty village of
St. Junien Les Combes, near Bellac in the Haute-Vienne, this
charming, recently renovated 5 bedroomed house offers a tranquil
haven amid the rolling Limousin countryside.
This delightful holiday home is equipped with
all modern facilities, yet maintains its traditional feel
with its exposed stonework and timbers.

About the Main Farmhouse Gite continued:
Country lovers will adore this 18th Century farmhouse
with its traditional stonework and oak-beams throughout. Set
in two and a half acres with mature lime, sycamore and oak trees
and an inviting Swimming Pool. It is perfect.
Your hosts, Chris and Mary Rose are an English
couple who came to live in France in 2002 and have been busy
restoring and renovating their lovely home.
They are an enthusiastic and well-travelled couple,
who delight in company and will make you very welcome.
Frachis House is conveniently situated within
easy reach of a number of recreational sites and only 5 minutes
drive from the local market town of Bellac and 30 minutes from
Limoges Airport.

The house has 5 bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 10 people
and is centrally heated.

Ground Floor:
Porch entrance, with Annex to side, consisting
of 1 double bedroom, with adjoining twin bedroom and large
bathroom, with bath and shower. This annex has its own entrance.

...and fully fitted kitchen, including electric/gas oven,

tables and chairs, with parasols.
The lawn leads down to the woods and stream
beyond.
