Situated at the edge of the pretty village of St. Junien
Les Combes, near Bellac in the Haute-Vienne, this charming, recently
renovated stone cottage offers a tranquil haven amid the rolling Limousin
countryside.
This delightful holiday home is equipped with all modern
facilities, yet maintains its traditional feel with its exposed stonework
and timbers. The covered terrace to the rear and private walled garden
to the side, provide perfect settings for barbeques, or just relaxing
with a cocktail until sunset.

Ground floor:

Salon: with upholstered seating, British Satellite
TV and video player (some English Videos available) radio
and occasional furniture.
Wooden stairs to upper floor. Points for electric heating.
Glazed French doors to lane.

Kitchen: fitted with modern units, fridge/freezer,
stainless steel sink, microwave, washing machine, electric/gas
oven, coffee making machine.
There is a large supply of cooking utensils,
crockery and cutlery. Glazed door to garden.

Dining Room: Pine Table and Chairs, Welsh dresser, pine
corner cupboard. Glazed French doors to terrace overlooking
fields. All the downstairs rooms have tiled floors and scattered
rugs.

of drawers, wardrobe etc.

A pretty private garden with trees, mature shrubs
and flower beds. There is a plentiful supply of outdoor furniture,
including wooden table and chairs and a portable barbecue.
In the main garden you will also find a
Swimming Pool - 10m x 5 m
Parking is in the lane, where there is very little
traffic. Every effort has been made to make your stay comfortable
but if we have forgotten anything, please do not hesitate to
tell us.
