It is fully insulated with a wood burning stove, central heating and double glazing, ideal for Autumn, Winter and early Spring Lets. Downstairs the large open planned, living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen, has everything needed for long or short stays, including British Satellite TV and radio channels, DVD,a stereo sound system and comfortable sofa bed/settee. There are two staircases, one leading to 1 double bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower) and the other leads to 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower), giving independance and privacy to extended families. There is convenient off-lane parking opposite the front of the cottage, whilst the back has a small terrace with barbeque, leading onto the garden and swimming pool.
